Only Buying A Ticket
As someone who often visits the parks and also works as a specialized Disney travel agent, one of the most common errors I've noticed among visitors recently is purchasing Disney Park tickets without checking for park pass availability on their desired date. I get the urge to try everything during a visit, but that's another error I often notice travelers make. Given the presence of four big theme parks filled with activities, some visitors attempt to go from open until closed every day and wind up needing time off after their holiday ends. My advice would be to focus on hitting your top priorities first and stay adaptable when it comes to the remaining attractions. Additionally, if you're lodging at one of the Disney Resorts, consider returning to your accommodation midday as a way to rejuvenate yourself and take advantage of what can serve as an attraction all on its own.
Missed out on the Prime fireworks display
"One of my favorite suggestions that doesn't seem popular enough is making a reservation at California Grill (located atop Disney’s Contemporary Resort) for a period coinciding with the Magic Kingdom’s fireworks display.
