In order to endure and navigate the arid planetary surface, gamers must gather resources to construct a refuge, their Stillsuit, along with their initial mode of transport capable of covering vast expanses.

The video provided fresh insights into the craft’s scanning unit, designed to examine small zones for resources, along with demonstrating techniques for ascending specific cliffs to deploy an exploration probe capable of uncovering vast expanses of landscape, sunken ships, and deserted Imperial test facilities.

In addition to driving vehicles, players can utilize the Shigawire Claw and Suspensor Belt to navigate through challenging terrains and enhance their rides with advanced modules.

At the conclusion of the game’s final zone, known as the Deep Desert, players must remain vigilant against Coriolis storms. These deadly planetary tempests traverse the landscape periodically and alter the topography each occurrence.

Following every storm, fresh resources and areas will come to light, allowing you to explore them for map-making purposes. These maps can subsequently be sold to other players via the Exchange.

Dune Awakening is officially released on May 20, 2025 for PCs through Steam Although the game has indeed been confirmed for PS5 , Xbox Series X , and Xbox Series S There hasn't been a release date announced for the console as of now.
